READY TO SHIP ORDERS are available to be shipped or picked up the following business day. Processing time on all orders is up to 7 business days. Business days do not include Friday-Sunday. You can expect to receive shipping on or before the last business day of your processing time. Shipping time varies based upon your chosen delivery method. This processing time also applies to local pick-up orders. No orders will be refunded after first 24 hours of the processing time. Once orders are shipped and released to the postal service, we are no longer liable for the shipped items. Choosing signature confirmation on orders is advised but not required.

BUNDLE DEALS : All bundle deals are 3 bundles of RAW INDIAN HAIR in your chosen texture and length. 

LACE : All lace is HD with small knots. Lace closures are 5x5 inches and Lace Frontals are 13x4 inches. 

WIGS : All ready made wigs are transparent lace and 180% density in your chosen length and texture. U - part wigs are 180% density in your chosen length and texture. 

TAPE-INS : Tape -ins are 40 tapes per set. Our only texture we are currently selling is body wave. You would need multiple sets for an install. 

LASHES: All lashes a naturally curly at different lengths and volume for each lash style. 

PRODUCT CARE: All RAW hair should be co-washed prior to installing to bring out the best texture. Wigs and bundles should be washed and stored properly after use to extend lifespan.
